It's not technology. It's cognitive biases that skew judgement and social threats that kill commitment to projects.

Effective decisions require you to see the situation clearly.
The brain processes information through four physiological priorities:
reduce risk, act fast, conserve energy, and expand capacity.
To satisfy these priorities the brain uses mental shortcuts know as cognitive bias.

If people don't feel safe to speak, the clearest thinking doesn't matter.
The brain generates emotional energy in response to perceived threats or rewards across four social domains: worth, autonomy, relationships, and equity.
Any real or perceived threat generates resistance to share ideas or challenge other people's perspectives

The best outcome requires everyone to commit.
Stakeholders rarely evaluate decisions using facts alone. They construct narratives using selected facts, assumptions, cognitive biases, perceived threats, and personal agendas.
Understanding motivation helps move the conversation from being right, to getting the best outcome.
